Soil Recipes -- Our currently recommended soil recipes -- a good starting point if you live on the west side of the SF Bay area (e.g., Menlo Park to San Jose).

Mamoth Bazaar -- Every Feburary Golden State Bonsai Federation holds a large bazaar at the Garden Center at Lake Merritt, Oakland. You can find just about anything here -- trees, pots, tools.
