EBBS Workshops
- EBBS sponsors workshops open to both members and non-members.- General workshops at the Lakeside Garden Center each month (except August and December) Tuesday evenings 7-10 p.m., a week after the 2nd Wednesday general meeting. Participants bring their own trees to work on with the guidance of experienced club members. The cost of $5 for members and $10 for non-members helps cover space rental.
- "Bonsai Basics" series of six lecture/workshops presents basic concepts and techniques for beginners to refresh skills. This series runs from March - November. The cost of $30 includes workbook, beginning tree, handouts and opportunity to sign up for field trips to nurseries, exhibits, purchase tools, other tree types, etc.
- More advanced workshops with guidance by noted bonsai artists, including workshops at the fall show, are offered for members by advance reservation.
