September 19, 2008 MEETING
We are very lucky to be able to have a hands-on workshop of the Yamadori style of Bonsai.    We will start off with an introduction about  Yamadori and then immediately delve into the workshop and fundraiser. 

Yamadori whips will be available for purchase at $6 each.  You can purchase a whip to take home and style later.  The workshop is $20 which will be collected as  donation to the Kusamura Club.  The workshop will cover either a critique and assistance from Jim on a tree from your collection or guidance and instruction on a new Yamadori whip that you purchase.  No charge if you just wish to watch and observe what others are working on. 

The evening will be very busy with a hands-on workshop as well as Jim will have some of his beautiful pots and copper wire for sale as well.
