CALIFORNIA SHOHIN SOCIETY SEMINAR 2008

Ramada Inn, Mission de Oro Conference Center

Santa Nella, California

FEBRUARY 1 - 3, 2008

November 18, 2007

Dear Shohin Seminar Supporter:

Well, this has been a year of changes for Shohin. First we found that we can accommodate 75 more people this year than last. So of course we set out to offer more workshops to support the additional attendees. Unfortunately we lost one of our long time presenters Suthin Sukosolvisit, who had to cancel for personal reasons. But we do have several new additions to the line up for you to consider.

Mary Madison from Florida is presenting a Buttonwood workshop for 10 members. She will also give a demonstration in place of Suthin on Sunday between 10:30 and 11:30 AM.

Bill Castellon of Northern California is giving a workshop for 10 members. It is called “Pot Luck” and will consist of mixed material provided by Bill.

Kora Dalagher will present a workshop for companion plants, or Kusamono for 10 participants.

If you are interested in any of the above as an additional choice on your registration, please let me know right away so I can enter the information in the data base. No payment is necessary at this time. We will settle up all accounts after the lottery on December 25th.

The information I need from you to sign up is the number of the workshop, the name, the cost, and your order of preference including your prior choices.

You can e-mail the information to me (which I prefer) or you can send it by snail mail. If you send it express mail PLEASE do not require a signature. I work full time and it is almost impossible to get to the Post Office.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation while I bumble through this registration process.

Sincerely,

Mary
